The Dadson Family is known for their social following as they have brought attention to the show stock industry.  They are from California where they focus on breeding high quality purebred showpigs.  The Dadsons kids karis and krew have caught the eyes of many for their intense stare and amazing showmanship skills.

As the Dadsons have shown pigs and raised show pigs they have learned the importance of high quality pigs.  “When looking at pigs to raise and show we evaluate the animal in terms of skeletal correctness, muscle, balance and quality.”

The Dadsons have impacted and helped draw attention to the show pig industry.  I asked them what it was like to see how they impacted the industry?

“Being able to impact the show industry this much just from a social platform was never expected but greatly appreciated. We are always trying to help advocate for the livestock industry .”

I asked the Dadsons what advice they would give to a young showman.

“Advice I would give a young showman is that no matter how you feel you need to keep going if you’re mad, burnt out, tired, bored no matter what there’s always someone working harder than you and if you really want to win keep going.”
